“Looking for Frida”, a collective exhibition for charity (the proceeds from the sales of the works made available by the artists will go directly to the Alda Merini anti-violence desk) as part of an event wanted by the municipality as a sign of rebirth.
The exhibition was inaugurated on Sunday 3 April at 3 pm in the Antico Giardino Conference Room (Piazza Lam) in Albissola Marina. Also during the afternoon, the lipstick by Rosso Pistacchio was presented, also on sale for charity. There was also a speech by Dr. Monica Fiorentino, followed by the “Spring Concert”.
The works on display are many and very varied: from ceramics to painting, passing through sculpture (even in chocolate) to clothes. All linked by the main theme: Frida, as inspiration. The exhibition continues on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April from 3 to 6 pm.
